Rensselaer County ARES/RACES is an organization of Amateur Radio operators dedicated to supplying alternative or backup communications in time of need for the citizens of Rensselaer County New York. Meetings are held on the third Thursday of every month at the North Greenbush Town Office Building located at Douglas Ave. and Main St. in Wynantskill, NY at 7 PM. Follow this link to a map and directions. A monthly training net is held on the first Thursday of every month. This net is held on the 145.17/447.075 TARA Repeaters at 7:30 PM.
